Bob Lytle was a great friend to those on the Australian Allard Register: he was a major source of information and enthusiasm for the project when we began to draw our members together here Downunder. He continued supporting us throughout and became a friend to some of us. Like many others, Mary and I also received the 'Royal Welcome' in Cottonwood, and we were fortunate in having his and Elaine's company in New Zealand. We will miss his off-beat humour, his enthusiasm for all things Allard, and of course, his frendship.
